The Story
Catia was a therapist who experienced a near-death experience (NDE) due to a severe reaction to a coenzyme during a treatment for the flu in March 2017. During the NDE, she felt her body contract and then realized she was out of her body. She saw the doctor in distress and commanded herself to go to the light. She experienced a feeling of unity and peace in the light and heard a voice telling her to return to her body. After resisting, she fell back into her body and felt pain but also a sense of peace. After the NDE, Catia changed her perspective on life. She no longer felt the need to save others and found joy in her work. She began to see life as a journey of learning and connection.
