The Story
Marilene Rodrigues, a 42-year-old teacher from Manaus, experienced two near-death experiences (NDEs) in her childhood. The first occurred when she stepped on a nail and fainted. During this time, she felt transported to a place where two beings told her to obey her mother and that she would be a reference for many children. The second NDE happened when she choked on a smoothie. She left her body, saw her surroundings, and felt a sense of beauty and peace. A man, whom she recognized as her deceased brother, told her to return. After these experiences, Marilene gained a new understanding of herself and her purpose, leading her to embrace her role as a teacher as a life mission.
