The Story
Nilo, at 16 or 17 years old, experienced a near-death experience (NDE) after a serious car accident. He was in the back seat when the car skidded and hit a pole. During the crash, he felt no pain and found himself floating above the scene, watching the accident unfold. He saw the crumpled car, smoke, and people reacting to the crash. Despite the traumatic event, he felt a sense of joy and well-being during the experience. After the NDE, Nilo developed a new perspective on life and death. He lost his fear of death and began to see it as a peaceful transition. This experience influenced his thinking and creativity throughout his life.
