The Story
Rose, a psychologist, had a near-death experience (NDE) 30 years ago while swimming. She felt she was drowning in a deep pool and panicked when she couldn't touch the bottom. During the experience, she left her body and entered a serene place where she reviewed her life in vivid colors, as if watching a movie. She felt calm and contemplative, without any memory of drowning. A figure entering the pool brought her back to reality, and she was rescued by her husband. After the NDE, Rose became more sensitive and reflective about life. She believes the experience changed her perspective and opened her to spiritual insights.
