The Story
Dr. Yvonne Kason experienced a near-death experience (NDE) in 1979. During her NDE, she reported leaving her body, encountering a bright light, and having mystical experiences. After her NDE, she dedicated her life to researching NDEs and other spiritually transformative experiences. She coined the term 'Spiritually Transformative Experiences' to describe various profound experiences, such as deep meditation, love, and sacred places. Dr. Kason believes these experiences can happen outside of near-death situations. Her NDE changed her perspective and led her to explore consciousness and spiritual transformation.
