What Researchers Found
The Story
Rubem experienced his second NDE after a motorcycle accident in 2004. He did not feel the crash. Instead, he found himself 100 meters away, observing the scene. He saw his body on the ground and recognized it by his uniform. During this experience, he felt a presence of a being who had appeared in his first NDE. This being reassured him and guided him back to the crash site. Rubem felt calm and light, without pain. The being told him it was not his time yet and urged him to return. After the NDE, Rubem gained a new perspective on life. He valued his existence more and felt a sense of purpose that he lacked before the experiences.
