The Story
Maria Sonia, a 32-year-old woman, experienced a near-death experience (NDE) during childbirth complications. She lost a lot of blood, leading to cardiac arrest. During the NDE, she felt herself leave her body and floated down a dark corridor. She saw her baby, Nicolas, in a tunnel with a light at the end. She called for him, but he could not come to her. She also saw familiar faces who beckoned her, but she felt it was not her time to go back. Eventually, she returned to her body after hearing a doctor urging her to react.
