Hillary experienced two NDE-like events while sleeping. The first happened at age 22 in early morning. The second occurred at age 32, also during sleep. In the first experience, she entered a beautiful tunnel with purples and reds, saw a light at the end, and heard a chorus of angel voices growing louder as she ascended. She then woke up. In the second, she stood on a beach with water over her feet and moved upward into an indescribable beautiful light. She thought she was dying and felt okay with it, but decided not to leave her partner. She jolted back into her body. Later, during self-hypnosis training in her 30s, she had an out-of-body vision in a meadow with mountains, people, and a Jesus figure. She saw past life karmic ties and placed blue crystals in people's hearts. On the drive home, she conversed with source, which led to life changes. After these events, Hillary overcame severe anxiety and depression through hypnosis. She shifted careers from industrial designer to hypnotist in 2020 to help others, especially NDErs integrate experiences.
