The Story
Flávia was a 21-year-old pregnant woman who experienced an NDE due to severe complications during her pregnancy. While being transported to a larger hospital, she felt her heart race and saw herself from above the stretcher. She experienced this out-of-body perspective three times during the ambulance ride. Flávia sensed a comforting presence that assured her everything would be okay. After her NDE, she underwent a difficult pregnancy but eventually gave birth to healthy twins. Following the experience, Flávia felt a strong need to share her story and gained a new understanding of life and death. She believes there is more beyond this life and feels a deeper connection to others.
