To establish a civilian-led panel for UAP declassification
I think if we enter this question with a particular assumption we make the assumption that there is non-human intelligence that is operating here and if we make the assumption that they've been operating here for a long period of time, I would have to think that they would be operating under some type of neutral or benevolent framework.
The legislation that's being referred to here is most likely the disclosure Act of 2023 and that was introduced through Senator Schumer's office and it was a bipartisan addition to the National Defense authorization Act of 2024.
I think that that is something I've been pushing for for a number of years to have a civilian-led panel that can help guide the declassification process.
I have been in touch with other whistleblowers, some of them firsthand.

The object lingered over the launch facility for a period of 45 seconds perhaps longer.
